DATA YOU SHOULD CARE ABOUT

BTC has absolutely EXPLODED recently after the US bank runs. Many are claiming that it is the "safe haven" for assets but is that really the case?

In comparison to Gold, BTC hasn't exactly "hedged" risks. The coin has literally NO correlation to TLT (treasury bonds).

Adding on to all this, BTC is STILL correlated with the S&P 500. Most of the times, when S&P 500 falls, so does BTC. The two are still very correlated for the most part. So for now, BTC is still NOT like Gold and is not the "perfect" asset just yet for hedging economic risks.
NEWS OF THE WEEK
Ethereum Shanghai Upgrade is Live!
Exciting news for the Ethereum community! The Shanghai upgrade has gone live. This upgrade will help increase the efficiency and reduce the costs of transactions on the Ethereum network.
As of April 13, 2023, the total open interest in Ethereum staking withdrawals has reached an all-time high of 6,592,850 ETH. This is a substantial increase from the previous months, and it shows that more people are choosing to stake their ETH rather than hold it in a wallet or trade it.
This surge in open interest in Ethereum staking withdrawals is an excellent sign for the Ethereum network and its community. It indicates that more people are willing to support the network's long-term success and growth by staking their ETH.

ETH Open Interest has seen an exceptional increase!
Exciting outlook for Ethereans and we'll see how the Shanghai upgrade will further upgrade the network!
